As a Senior Account Executive, you will be selling managed and programmatic advertisement campaigns to advertisement agencies throughout North America. The position includes a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus uncapped/residual commissions and other perks!

THE LOCATION
  • Office located in Toronto, ON
  • Offices in Toronto, Canada, and Miami, Florida
  • This is a remote position
THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
  • Managed/programmatic advertising campaigns
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

The ideal candidate has a strong network of smaller, independent agencies (tier 2/3) and/or small-to-medium-sized direct clients across North America.

THE POSITION

You will prospect new business, leverage your existing network, and maintain current relationships, focusing on selling advertising campaigns.

SALES CYCLE & PRODUCT VALUE
  • Varies case-by-case
  • Average order value: $40K-$75K
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
  • Prospecting/Lead Generation - 25%
  • Cold Calling - 20%
  • Following Up on Leads - 20%
  • Presenting/Closing - 25%
  • Account Management - 10%
TERRITORY & OVERNIGHT TRAVEL
  • Canada and the United States
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • $90,000 to $100,000 base salary + uncapped commissions
  • First-year OTE: $130K+
  • Second-year OTE: $170K+
  • Top performers earning $260K+

SUPPORT & TRAINING
  • On-the-job training
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
  • 5+ years in Business Development/Hunting roles
  • 5+ years in Digital Media Sales
  • Experience in programmatic advertising (preferred)
  • Network with ad agencies in North America (preferred)
EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
