Champlain Seafood is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to join their Sales team.
Champlain Seafood focuses on Atlantic lobster and snow crab sourced from the Canadian Maritimes and American Northeast. The company has been recognized for the past three years as one of the Best Managed Companies in Canada and one of the Best Places to Work in Atlantic Canada.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships, new markets, new sales and business development for frozen lobster and crab products in Europe and South Asia mostly, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
As the ideal candidate, you are a go-getter with grit, hustle, charisma and business acumen to lead sales for our company in the international market. You should have 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining international sales markets with a proven sales track record in food products; experience and international client network in the seafood sector would be a definite asset.
As the successful candidate, you have a well-honed background and a relevant post-secondary education along with evidence of continued learning. You are hands-on and eager to jump into this new role and drive successful company results.
