CTH Instruments is seek a Technical Key Account Manager (TKAM) to join us in our growing company.

The TKAM plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients. This position involves understanding clients' technical requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic account management skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma, or related diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from a recognized educational institution.
  • Experience in Technical Account Management or similar customer facing roles, preferably in industrial sales
  • Strong technical expertise and technical aptitude to understand our solutions
  • Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively across teams,
  • Familiarity with MS Business Central & project management tools would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales efforts.
  • Act as the primary technical resource, providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery; brining client feedback to the team to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Track account performance, analyze data, and improve customer success strategies.
  • Lead training sessions and create and provide technical documentation and resources for clients.
  • The position will require travel within Nova Scotia and New Brunswick to meet clients, attend industry events and factory training
