The Salvation Army Okanagan Central is seeking a Kettle Runner for a short-term contract to oversee multiple kettle locations within a geographical zone. You will support setup, delivery of kettles, and ensure secure handling of donations.
A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work with volunteers are essential. Responsibilities include training volunteers, coordinating kettle movements, and performing safety checks.

The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is part of a century old tradition to contribute towards building strong communities by helping TSA to give hope to other. Kettle Runner position is a short-term contract position. The successful candidate is responsible for oversight of several Christmas Kettle locations in a given geographical zone area. Zone locations include shopping malls, grocery stores and retail outlets.
Work environment is a typical office environment and typically in malls/stores education and experience.
Qualifications and education requirements: Some high school coursework, completion of high school is an asset.
The target hiring range for this position is $18.25 to $22.23 with a maximum of $26.20. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
