Qualifications

• WHMIS training completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with recruitment, orientation and payroll processing for kettle workers (employees and volunteers).
• Coordinate schedules for kettle volunteers and manage schedule disruptions.
• Foster positive relationships with kettle sites and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate referrals to social service providers as needed.
• Deliver and pick up kettles daily, ensuring donation security.
• Host kettles to cover breaks and other coverage needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
