Job summary

KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence Association in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver friendly, high-quality service to visitors, staff, and the public. You will welcome guests, explain exhibits, assist with event spaces, process payments, and support merchandise displays while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires high school completion and prior customer service experience, with weekend availability and flexible

Qualifications

Completion of High School.
Prior customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain positive customer service.
Knowledge of MS Office, POS or DOS programs is an asset.
Ability to work and communicate well with a team.
Flexible hours including weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Provides a warm welcome to the visitors entering the Centre for Excellence.
Provides visitors an inclusive experience that is up to the CFE standards.
Explains the purpose of the Centre and outline the different exhibits to the visitors.
Provides guidance to the visitors as they walk through the exhibits.
Answers questions, make recommendations as to how the visitors can best experience the whole exhibit.
Processes credit card payments and maintains the cash float.
Responsible for stocking and maintaining our merchandise display, providing sales support and keeping records of inventory data.
Assists with the organization of company events.
Answers and redirect inquiries around event space booking inquiries.
