Job summary

The Jim Pattison Auto Group on Subaru on Regent in Winnipeg is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our Service Department. You will greet customers, document concerns, and liaise with parts and technicians to ensure accurate quotes and timely updates.

This full-time role offers a structured schedule, opportunities for training, and a collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a neat, confidential workspace.

Qualifications

• A valid MB Driver’s license is required with a satisfactory abstract.
• Experience in automotiveService Advisor roles preferred; CDK/One-Eighty is an asset.
• Customer-facing experience and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong customer-service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Accurate data entry, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and stay calm.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work near a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and confirm their needs.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally for the Service department.
• Document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders and propose repairs.
• Prepare quotes and obtain approvals for services.
• Act as liaison between customer, parts, and technicians.
• Keep customers informed about status and wait times.
• Address complaints respectfully and escalate when needed.
• Conduct vehicle inspection walk-arounds before/after service.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable workspace and protect confidentiality.
• Support a collaborative and engaging team environment.
