Job summary

Woodbridge Hyundai is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the dealership in Woodbridge, Ontario. You will provide professional, courteous service and support to customers at the front desk.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing calls, and handling inquiries about services. The role emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
• Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.

You will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers. The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store reputation and image.
