HDP Network Solutions Inc. in Milton, Ontario is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, monitoring, and successful execution of projects from initiation through completion.

This role helps maintain project documentation, tracks progress, coordinates resources and stakeholders, and supports reporting. It also contributes to GIS mapping, databases, dashboards, and tracking systems to ensure project delivery and efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with GIS software is an asset.
• Valid G-Class Driver's License is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute project progress reports, status updates, and project documentation.
• Support GIS mapping, dashboards, and GIS-based project tracking systems.
• Maintain organized project records and document control.
• Coordinate logistics and resources for field activities.
• Contribute to project closeout packages and final deliverables.
