Powell Contracting, a division of Ramudden Global North America, seeks a Project Coordinator to manage short-term projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, timely delivery and accurate documentation. You will work with operations, foremen and clients to plan resources, resolve challenges and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience coordinating projects, accounts, operations or service delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting or bid support is an asset.
• Exposure to site operations or construction environments is an asset.
• Sales, real estate or client-facing coordination background is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Jonas or similar systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations for inquiries.
• Conduct site reviews for constructability, safety risks, and requirements.
• Attend site meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare job packages for scheduling and mobilization.
• Coordinate activities with operations and resources.
• Submit utility locate requests and maintain valid locates.
• Maintain communication with foremen pre- and post-handoff.
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues with the Project Manager.
