Powell Contracting, a division of Ramudden Global North America, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a high volume of short-term projects with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will coordinate resources, prepare estimates, and manage documentation to move projects from concept to completion.

The role requires organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience coordinating projects, client accounts, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Jonas or similar construction systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations in response to project inquiries.
• Conduct site reviews to identify constructability, safety risks, and requirements.
• Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare job packages and documentation for scheduling and mobilization.
• Coordinate project activities with operations teams and resources.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking.
