Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join a hybrid team. You will contribute to automated testing, DevOps automation, and AI-assisted coding while collaborating on platform and infrastructure updates.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree (or are pursuing one), are fluent in English and French, and have a passion for AI, GitHub Copilot, and modern software practices. The role offers hybrid work in Montreal and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and maintenance of automated tests for QA.

• Automate development, validation, and deployment in a DevOps environment.
• Experiment with AI agents and GitHub Copilot to boost productivity.
• Assist in analysis, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of applications.
