Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Information Technology, IT support, or Desktop Support.
• Proficient with Windows 11 Desktop Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, GP, DNS, DHCP).
• M365 administration exposure including Entra ID, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
• Networking basics: VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, proxy.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts (CIA triad, least privilege).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT projects and operational initiatives under senior guidance.
• Identify improvements within IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot basic to intermediate IT issues, including Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Follow established policies, guidelines, and standards in technical tasks.
• Communicate clearly with end users and stakeholders about issues and resolutions.
• Manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
