Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Professional to help small & medium businesses thrive! Your expertise in customer support, digital marketing, and tech-savviness will empower clients to excel in social media marketing and drive business growth.

As a member of our team, you’ll:

Provide expert digital marketing insights to help businesses optimize their ads and boost ROI

Engage with decision-makers on calls and emails to build relationships and understand their advertising needs

Analyze performance to identify opportunities for clients to enhance their campaigns

Manage a portfolio of high-value advertisers, assisting them in maximizing their ad spend and creating tailored solutions

Consult on industry trends and products, ensuring clients stay ahead in the competitive digital marketing world

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your deep market knowledge to personalize recommendations for clients
  • Achieve targets through proactive outbound sales and client engagement
  • Help clients optimize their social media campaigns for better results
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships while offering support
  • Share insights and suggestions to improve ad products and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on trends to always provide cutting-edge solutions

Ideal Candidate:

Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales role, ideally with outbound calls or cold calls

Customer Experience: At least 3 years of work experience, especially with North American customers

Qualifications: High school diploma

Skills: Quota-based sales, problem-solving, relationship building

Sales Mindset: Focused on targets, performance, and client satisfaction

Hourly Rate: $20.43/hr + $2500 bonus

Work hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6:00pm EST (40 hours per week)

12 month contract with opportunity to extend or go permanent!
