Job summary

Concorde Precision Machining, a subsidiary of Reko International Group Inc., is seeking a Junior CNC Machinist in Windsor, Ontario. You will manufacture machined components and operate shop equipment, working on a range of CNC and manual machines, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, Grade 12 OSSD, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and the ability to obtain crane and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant machining experience.
• Grade 12 O.S.S.D. or equivalent; valid Ontario driver’s license.
• Willing to obtain crane and forklift certification; able to lift 30 lbs.
• Own tools for daily tasks (micrometers, verniers, indicators).
• Machining software knowledge including MasterCam, Lemoine and Smirt.
• Knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controllers; milling, grinding, fabrication.
• Able to work shift hours, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clean, safe, and organized manner as outlined in Health and Safety Program.
• Verify materials for size, shape, and type per drawings and instructions.
• Operate machine shop equipment: bridgeports, surface grinders, horizontal lathe, saws, CNC.
• Use measuring and checking tools to verify parts meet blueprint specs.
• Respect machine shop equipment and assist in finishing details.
• Meet goals and complete inspections prior to removal from the machine.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
