Job summary

SyBridge Technologies Inc. in Windsor, ON is hiring a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment, producing high‑quality precision components and maintaining tight tolerances.

You will read engineering drawings, run jobs, perform in‑process and final inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and document production results. Overtime and weekend opportunities are available, with day‑one benefits and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience operating CNC mills
  • Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain‑controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities include:

What You Bring

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required
