Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• One year of related experience including requirements writing and testing materials is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or enterprise business systems is asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
