Job summary

Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business seeks an Application Administrator to provide ongoing administration and technical support for Salesforce CRM. You will analyze business objectives, validate processes, configure objects, triggers, workflows, and monitor platform health to optimize efficiency and security.

Working with the Beedie CRM Product Owner/Project Manager and the CRM development team, you will help roll out new features, support end users, and contribute to a long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or related discipline with two years of experience in Salesforce administration/support.
• Experience interfacing with internal business partners, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Ability to deploy complex third-party applications and software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administration and technical support for Salesforce in Beedie School of Business.
• Configure objects, triggers, workflows, and manage user accounts; enforce data security policies.
• Collaborate with CRM Product Owner/Project Manager and development team to roll out new features and maintain platform health.
