About The Role

We seek a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will assist in processing and reconciling the full expense cycle with accuracy, supporting month-end close and other accounting functions.

What You’ll Do

• Review and record sales transactions, reconcile revenue weekly and monthly.
• Monitor payments and apply them to receivables, ensuring timely receipt.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions with proper documentation.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage source documents, maintaining organized and complete records.
• Assist with month-end close and audit requests.
• Collaborate on projects to improve accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Post-secondary education in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, capable of working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and quick learner of new tools.
