About the Company Wing's is a family run business that began in 1953 supplying Oriental noodles to Chinese restaurants and has expanded since then to include a full range of quality products created specifically for the consumer and food service markets. About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedJunior Accountantto join our finance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career looking to grow within a collaborative and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and post journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in inventory cost tracking and reconciliations
• Help maintain accurate records for raw materials, production costs, and finished goods
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with HST returns and payroll remittance reporting
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with departments including production, procurement, and HR for financial accuracy Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
