The Role: Junior Account Executive

This is an exciting mid-level role for someone who wants to grow in B2B sales within a high-growth tech environment and has experience working as a Sales Development Representative. You’ll support and manage parts of the sales cycle, help connect amazing organizations with our products, and learn directly from experienced sales leaders.

  • Manage and execute the sales pipeline, combining outbound prospecting with inbound lead nurturing.
  • Conduct product demos and drive deals from start to finish.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media, leveraging sales automation systems and CRM tools.
  • Experiment with email sequences and refine negotiation strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain a detailed database of prospective clients, ensuring systematic follow-up and personalized engagement.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role (SDR or BDR Position is a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and handle objections in real-time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with samples of content.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (minimum Excel), and a basic understanding of coding.
  • A university or college degree.
