Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a seasonal full-time Cook/Commis to support the Chef de Partie. You will follow recipes, prep and cook meals, maintain sanitation and FIFO, and help with ordering and training to ensure high-quality dishes and smooth kitchen operations.

The role starts December 7, 2026, with 4–5 shifts per week at a wage of CAD 21.69 per hour. Apply your culinary skills in a dynamic, inclusive resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of kitchen operations experience preferred.
• Willingness to gain job-specific knowledge is beneficial.
• Receptive to feedback from leadership for growth.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in varying quantities.
• Ensure food sanitation, FIFO, and proper storage practices.
• Assist leadership with ordering and inventory management.
• Support Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership to develop technique.
