Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal - Part Time Kitchen Assistant to maintain a clean workspace and ensure kitchen tools are ready for the next use. You will stock china, glass, and cutlery for banquet services and assist chefs during plated meal service.

• Valid Drivers License is an asset

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment and ensure kitchen tools are ready for use.
• Stock and organize china, glassware, and cutlery for banquets.
• Clean equipment and stainless-steel surfaces; sweep and mop kitchens.
• Wash dishes, remove food waste, fill and unload the dishwasher.
• Assist Chief Steward with moving small wares for off-site events.
• Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.
