Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking seasonal - part time staff to maintain a clean kitchen and ensure tools are ready for the next use. You will stock china, glass, and cutlery for banquets and keep equipment and stainless walls clean across kitchen and storage areas.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, waste removal, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and assisting chefs with plated meals and off-site events as needed. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Valid Driver's License is an asset.
• Able to work days and afternoon shifts.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment and ensure kitchen tools are ready for use.
• Stock and organize china, glass, and cutlery for banquet services.
• Clean equipment and stainless-steel surfaces; sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas.
• Clean dishes, remove food waste, fill and unload the dishwasher.
• Assist Chief Steward with moving and organizing small wares for off-site events.
• Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.
