Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Swift Current, SK is seeking a Shift Agriculture Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment across multiple product lines. This is a fast-paced role offering a clear path to advanced diagnostic skills and long-term career growth.

You will use diagnostic tools, support customer service, and collaborate with Service, Parts, and other technicians. Journeyperson certification preferred; 3+ years of hands-on repair experience encouraged; shift

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in agricultural equipment or related mechanical repairs.
Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and service complex systems.
Commitment to ongoing technical training and development.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain equipment with a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.
Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service per manufacturer specs.
Complete repairs accurately and document service actions clearly.
Stay current with John Deere and other equipment lines supported by the dealership.
