Qualifications

• 3+ years in agricultural or related complex mechanical repairs.
• Strong knowledge of engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and powertrain components.
• Ability to use diagnostic software and electronic service tools.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain equipment with a focus on customer support and quality workmanship.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and perform complex repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specs and document repairs clearly.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere products and other equipment serviced by the dealership.
• Participate in training programs to advance technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and other technicians to complete work efficiently.
