Pattison Agriculture, a John Deere dealer, is hiring Agricultural Service Technicians in Swift Current, SK.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment, working in a fast‑paced shop and assisting on the road.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service agricultural equipment while ensuring customer support and workmanship pride.
• Use specialized tools, cutting‑edge technology, and innovative solutions to complete complex repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products.
• Participate in John Deere University and dealer‑led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.
• 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance.
• Preferably hold a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (e.g., heavy equipment).
• Consideration for 4th‑year apprenticeship candidates.
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is a definite asset.
