Job summary

Delmar is seeking a sharp Account Manager to own a portfolio of retail accounts, analyze sales data for trends, and pitch new product ideas. You’ll guide items through their life cycle and ensure client interactions reflect the quality Delmar partners expect.

You’ll thrive if you have merchandising or product management experience, strong data skills, excellent Excel ability, and clear written and verbal communication. Travel within Canada/US is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or product management.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Excel.
• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal.
• A self-starter who thrives on multitasking and taking initiative.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of established retail accounts and be the trusted contact for sales performance and product strategy.
• Dig into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities and pitch new product ideas.
• Guide items through their full life cycle and ensure client interactions reflect quality.
• Receive training and apply it to drive impact in e-commerce or merchandising.
