Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions in Canada is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide remote and in-person desktop support, manage user accounts, and help drive SGH technology initiatives across Plum. You will ensure IT operations align with SGH security requirements and support standards.

Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring devices, maintaining documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams on

Qualifications

2–4 years of desktop support or systems administration experience.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, user accounts and access requests.
Experience with ticketing, incident escalation, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
Ability to travel locally or regionally in Canada.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and in-person desktop support for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software, OS, access, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware/software per SGH standards.
Manage incidents via IT service-management process and documentation.
Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and business teams on initiatives.
