Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions is seeking an IT Administrator for Canada, primarily remote with occasional on-site support as needed. You will be the main IT contact for Plum, handling desktop support, device provisioning, and coordinating with SGH on technology initiatives.

The role emphasizes security, process adherence, and cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in desktop support or IT administration, strong Windows/M365 experience, and familiarity with ticketing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven desktop support, service desk, or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, user accounts, hardware, and common business apps.
• Experience with ticketing, incident escalation, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person desktop support for computers, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and access issues and document resolutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoints in accordance with SGH standards.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and equipment changes; coordinate IT requests with Plum and vendors.
• Follow IT policies, security requirements, and standard procedures; contribute to policy compliance.
