This role focuses on supporting business networks, user connectivity, devices, access, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. You will handle routine network and workstation support under established procedures, help diagnose common connectivity issues, maintain accurate technical records, and elevate problems that require deeper engineering or security expertise.
You will work with technology leads, software and systems staff, vendors, managers, and end users. Clear communication, reliable follow‑through, and careful work are expected.
AI‑assisted tools may be used for technical summaries, troubleshooting notes, inventory records, setup checklists, and knowledge‑base documentation. All AI‑assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.
