Job summary

People Can Fly Studio is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the IT Support team across Canada. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team coordination.

You will mentor the IT Support staff, coordinate daily operations, implement processes, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain Knowledge Base documentation. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth escalations and drive IT rollouts across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT experience with 2+ years in senior or lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of identity management and access controls.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Windows OS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to IT Support team members.
• Coordinate daily IT Support operations, including task assignment and prioritization.
• Implement, maintain, and improve support processes and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and asset lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage escalations and changes.
• Procure IT equipment and software.
• Lead IT rollouts, including OS updates, endpoint security, and software deployments.
• Provide direct support to end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
