Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience managing programming and technology teams in the video game industry.
  • At least 3 completed video game projects as a manager.
  • Experience managing multiple teams or technology domains.
  • Deep understanding of game engines, tools, pipelines, automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
  • Experience in talent development, manager coaching, and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of AAA game production realities and constraints.
  • Knowledge of AI tools applied to programming, productivity, or pipelines.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages.

Job description

As an Associate Director of Technology, you will play a leadership role spanning people, tactical execution, and strategy within the organization. You will be responsible for a scope covering multiple teams, technology domains, or major cross-functional mandates within the studio and Activision. You will actively contribute to defining the technological direction across several areas, aligning priorities with business objectives, and supporting the growth of the managers and teams under your responsibility.


In this role, you will oversee the evolution of major technology initiatives in a multidisciplinary environment, including the game engine, tools, automation, and more. You will work closely with other studio leaders, Activision partner teams, and external collaborators to align roadmaps and advance technology in service of our games

You will also act as an ambassador for the technology vision by fostering cross-team alignment, execution quality, talent development, and the evolution of management and engineering practices.
