Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of network devices and administration.
• Experience with ITSM systems and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support through all channels with high service quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, mobiles, software, and peripherals.
• Manage IT equipment and stock levels, update inventories.
• Prioritize and manage support tickets using ITSM tools.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
