Job summary

The National Capital Commission is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist internal clients in the development, implementation, integration, upgrade and maintenance of NCC computer systems. You will install, configure, upgrade and repair hardware and software for workstations and printers, and participate in projects bringing new technologies to NCC.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or CS or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years' experience in IT support, SCCM/Intune, Windows, service desk.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality internal technical support for NCC computer environment.
• Install, configure, upgrade and repair hardware and software for workstations and printers.
• Support IT projects and initiatives introducing new technologies.
• Troubleshoot over the phone and manage tickets within IT service desk.
