Job summary

Amazon’s Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is hiring an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across a variety of disciplines in an Amazon Operations facility.

You will join a dynamic group focused on improving IT infrastructure, supporting facility deployments, and helping customers by delivering reliable tech solutions. Training, growth opportunities, and a casual work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate IT support experience in Windows, Mac or Linux environments
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience maintaining printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, and remote customers.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
