Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager II, Operations to lead a shift within our Delivery network in Windsor, ON. You will own performance, drive productivity, quality, and safety while coaching a team to deliver consistent results.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, using data to inform decisions and to foster a culture of development, accountability, and continuous improvement at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of frontline associates and process assistants, delivering development plans and structured feedback.
• Own safety outcomes by modeling protocols, identifying risks, and analyzing safety metrics.
• Monitor operational metrics across your shift and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate across shifts to share performance insights and support site-wide initiatives.
• Plan staffing, resources, and processes to meet changing business demands.
