Altis Technology in Ottawa is hiring an IT & Cybersecurity Analyst to join a professional membership organization. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to build hands-on cybersecurity experience while supporting a diverse community of users.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, cybersecurity or a related technical environment.
• College diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and networking concepts including IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, remote support tools, endpoint troubleshooting and Microsoft security technologies.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, SC-900, SC-200 or SC-300 are considered assets.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Youll support Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Youll provide frontline support for hardware, software, connectivity, authentication and application issues.
• Youll troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Youll manage user accounts, password resets, access requests and identity lifecycle activities.
• Youll configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and software applications.
• Youll support vulnerability remediation, security awareness initiatives, documentation and technology projects.
