FLINT is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Canada to join the Information Technology team. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, document resolutions, and help manage assets and knowledge base articles.

The role demands an IT Technical Diploma, Microsoft certifications or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of IT support experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve and document IT issues via ticketing, email, phone, and in-person support.

• Analyze support metrics and propose IT workflow improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives by implementing technologies and updating procedures.
