Job summary

Flair Airlines seeks a skilled Technical Analyst (Tier 2) to join our Information Technology team in Toronto or Edmonton. You will provide Tier 2 escalation for complex hardware, software, and app issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage Intune device provisioning, administer Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365, and troubleshoot network and security incidents, collaborating with Network, Cybersecurity, and on‑call rotations to keep operations stable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IS or related field.
• ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, AZ-900, MD-102 assets are advantageous.
• At least 3 years in technical support or helpdesk with Tier 2 experience.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN in a business environment.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and on-prem AD.
• Experience supporting Windows, iOS, Android devices with MDM (Intune).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
• Experience in airline/airport or critical infrastructure IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 escalation support for hardware, software, and apps.
• Manage device provisioning and patching via Intune.
• Troubleshoot OS issues on Windows/iOS/Android.
• Support network connectivity incl LAN/WAN/VPN.
• Assist with Azure AD/Entra ID and M365 administration.
• Participate in rotating shifts and on‑call rotation.
• Escalate security incidents to Cybersecurity.
• Maintain ITSM records of incidents and changes.
