Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Manager, IT Solutions Delivery - Systems & Integration to lead a multidisciplinary team and accelerate modernization of core systems within Individual Insurance. You will set delivery strategy, drive DevOps maturity, and improve release cadence through automation and KPI-driven management.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/management with 3+ years leading software teams, plus expertise in Azure DevOps or Jira, Git, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in IT and management, including at least 3 years managing software development teams.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another equivalent discipline.
• Has hands-on experience leading multidisciplinary teams that include developers, architects, QA, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and evolve the vision of the Systems & Integration team in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Lead, engage, and develop a multidisciplinary team across software development, DevOps, and solution delivery.
• Be accountable for solution delivery, service quality, and overall team performance.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices to increase release frequency and production stability.
• Establish release calendars and manage dependencies and environments.
