Job summary

Rival Group invites an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead a small IT team supporting 200+ employees across Canada and the US. You will own the IT function, troubleshoot issues, and modernize the tech stack with AI-driven automation while maintaining strict security and compliance.

You will manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and SaaS licenses, drive onboarding/offboarding workflows, and collaborate closely with the Director of Security to uphold SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT operations or service desk with leadership experience.
Degree or diploma in computer science or IT, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in macOS and Microsoft technologies (365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune).
Experience deploying AI productivity tools and IT automation.

Responsibilities

Lead a small IT team supporting ~200 employees across Canada and the US.
Drive AI adoption and automation to modernize IT operations.
Optimize the tech stack, manage SaaS licenses, and control costs.
Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
Ensure endpoint security and compliance with SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA.
