Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to deliver, support and drive adoption of AI tools across wealth platforms. You will work closely with advisor teams, head office departments, vendors and partners to turn prioritized use cases into practical AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead design, build and adoption efforts, benchmark performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling scalable impact across iA Private Wealth and Richardson Wealth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years or more of combined experience in technology enablement, training, business analysis or solution delivery for business users ideally in the financial industry.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience building with generative AI, including agents, prompt design and workflow automation.
• Ability to bridge business and technology needs and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication in English; French is a strong asset, with facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview advisor teams and head office staff to understand workflows and shape solutions that fit daily use.
• Define how dealer-provided AI coexists with other AI tools in the advisor ecosystem.
• Maintain the AI use case backlog and build prioritized use cases into working agents and solutions.
• Automate end-to-end workflows with AI, connecting systems and handoffs.
• Design for cost efficiency, select models, and optimize prompts and context to lower costs.
• Define build standards, testing and handoff for repeatable delivery, and run user acceptance testing.
