The role emphasizes budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting, with emphasis on Lean and strategic business case development. Hybrid work environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA designation is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation abilities.
• Autonomy, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consolidated financial indicators and operational metrics for IT sector leaders.
• Partner with delivery managers to maximize financial and organizational performance.
• Conduct analyses on sector expenses, overhead allocation, and ad hoc reports; propose action plans.
• Produce management reports, analyze variances, and advise Senior Director and committee.
• Develop and present annual IT sector budget; support Lean/Strategic Business Cases.
