Recruiting in Motion is seeking an IT recruitment specialist for our Ontario operations. You will locate and attract IT candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews across multiple locations, with remote work options.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a recruitment agency focusing on IT, excellent communication, organization, and data-driven sourcing. The role offers a base salary of 55k–60k plus commission and opportunities for growth.

Salary / Pay Rate: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Locate and attract qualified, potential IT candidates.
• Communicate with potential applicants via video chat, phone, or email.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions and within multiple locations of the organization.
• Building, creating and utilizing recruiting strategies and social media tools designed to identify and source qualified passive candidates.
• Other related functions as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a dedicated IT recruitment role in a recruitment agency.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to represent the brand professionally.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable sorting through and analyzing large amounts of data to find the ideal target candidate.
• Ability to talk confidently on the phone and learn about candidates' professional backgrounds.
• Ability to build a connection with potential candidates over the phone. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
