Qualificações

• 3+ years of industry experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Experience in recruitment of IT professionals in pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid driver's licence and willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through direct sales and networking.
• Manage recruitment efforts against new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a selling strategy aligned with corporate plans.
• Maintain relationships with key business contacts and industry associations.
