Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a highly motivated Alliance Operations & AI Enablement Lead to drive operational excellence and AI-powered transformation across our Microsoft alliance.

This role will own the operational strategy, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft partnership while championing the use of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI productivity tools to modernize alliance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in alliance operations, partner management, or related functions.
• Proven track record in automation, data-driven decisions, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft alliance operations portfolio, governance, and reporting.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation using Copilot, Power Platform, and automation.
• Manage Partner Center functions, referrals, and co-sell incentives and reporting.
• Build executive dashboards and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Enable broader BDO teams with programs, playbooks, and training materials.
