THE ROLE:
As the IT Desktop Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing business systems, networks and internet support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform proactive maintenance and follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution.
- Set up, install, and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Document procedures, solutions, and client interactions in our knowledge base.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, updates, and access management.
- Assist with purchasing and managing software licenses.
Qualifications:
- Third Level qualification in college program in computer science, or related IT discipline.
- 1-2 years’ experience as an IT Desktop Support Specialist.
- Fluent English – both verbal and written.
- Previous experience supporting clients in Law Firms and Healthcare Organizations and related software.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.

- Strong working knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Resourcefulness – proactive & takes initiative, anticipates senior management and client needs.

- Perceptive – Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinker, intuitive information processing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills; Able to proof, format and present/print documents or charts in line with professional standards of the company.
- Good reasoning and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
