Job summary

Compugen is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator to lead day-to-day asset lifecycle management, record accuracy, and governance across the organization. You will track hardware and software inventories, support deployments and returns, and coordinate with IT support, procurement, finance, and vendors to keep data clean and compliant.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with ITAM/ITSM tools and Excel, contributing to audits and process

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT roles.
• Experience with ITAM/ITSM platforms.
• Familiar with licensing concepts and SAM.
• Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT asset records across the asset lifecycle.
• Track hardware assets and inventory across locations.
• Support asset deployments, returns and disposals.
• Coordinate tagging, storage, and deployment activities.
• Generate asset and lifecycle reports.
• Assist with audits and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with IT support, procurement, finance, and vendors.
