Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator to support procurement, deployment, tracking, and maintenance of IT assets. The role includes ensuring CMDB accuracy and compliance with licensing and security policies, while supporting peak operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with procurement, IT support, and legal teams, maintaining asset records, generating reports, and identifying optimization opportunities to reduce cost and risk across the asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in IT asset management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle.
• Familiarity with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Procure IT assets with procurement and vendors within budget.
• Coordinate asset deployment with IT support teams.
• Maintain and audit IT asset records and CMDB.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
• Plan maintenance and upgrades; document status and reports.
